These terms apply to all stays booked directly with Finca Hero. By confirming a booking you accept them. Bookings are only made directly with us, not through third-party platforms.

2. Making a booking

Send an enquiry via the website or by email. We confirm availability and send a written booking confirmation. The booking is final once we have received the deposit [deposit terms] [TO CONFIRM].

The person making the booking must be at least 18 [age] [TO CONFIRM] and is responsible for all guests in the party.

3. Rates, deposit and payment

5. Arrival, departure and registration

6. House rules

• Smoking is only allowed at the designated outdoor smoking spot. No smoking indoors or elsewhere on the property.

• Please treat the property, neighbours and the surrounding nature with care.

7. Damage and liability

Guests are liable for damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear, and should report damage straight away. We are not liable for loss, theft or injury except where caused by our own negligence, nor for disruption to utilities or services outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Complaints

If something is not right, tell us during your stay so we can fix it. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request, as required in the Comunitat Valenciana.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Disputes go to the competent courts according to law.
